BAHS strives to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience for our valuable clients. Our policies are set to provide our clients with the highest quality services, safety, and professionalism.
Hours of Operations
BAHS operates by appointment only.
APPOINTMENTS
BAHS accepts last-minute bookings based on availability; however, we strongly recommend booking an appointment at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, and it should be sent by e-transfer at belleangehs@gmail.com. We need our client’s full name, phone number and email address as all appointments are confirmed with a reminder via text and or email 48 hours before the visit.
For all new clients and clients booking new services, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to review and fill out an intake and consent form.
If you anticipate being late for the appointment, be sure to contact us by phone as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to make accommodations where possible. Regarding other clients who have booked in advance following your slotted appointment time, late arrivals will result in modified services based on your remaining time slot at the full-service price.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
BAHS strives its best to accommodate our clients. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. All our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid the forfeiture of your deposit.
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your next booking.
REFUNDS & PRICING
BAHS does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for services or products. All sales are final. BAHS reserves the right to change the pricing for services and products without notice.
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
Although masks are now optional, when entering our facilty, we strongly recommend you wear a clean face mask upon arrival and throughout your visit when necessary. Upon arrival, you will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water.
BAHS wants to ensure we are doing our part to keep you safe and healthy.
We ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment
Please arrive on time and ready to start your service to prevent client overlap
BAHS will continue to sanitize & disinfect all surfaces between clients as per Infection Control Guideline.
Our staff will continue wearing a mask during the service (and gloves when necessary) during every appointment.
SERVICE RESTRICTIONS
BAHS Will Be Restricting Services If:
You have a fever, are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or are feeling ill. Please DO NOT come in for your appointment as we will only provide services to clients who are well.
You have been in contact with anyone who has contracted CoVid-19 in the last 14 days before your scheduled appointment.
You have been outside the country for 14 days before your scheduled appointment.
You have been in contact with anyone who visited other countries in the last 14 days before your appointment.
PAYMENTS
All payments are accepted via cash, Electronic Money Transfer (EMT), debit and credits.
